PRESIDENT MAHAMA MUST GO IN 2016 ELECTIONS-NPP MP DEMANDS.


The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Manhyia North has called on Ghanaians especially, the youth across the country to be bold and vote out President John Dramani Mahama who is also NDC Flagbearer for the 2016 polls, slated for 7th December, 2016.
According to him, President Mahama and NDC leadership current campaign message that, four years were too short for them hence the NDC and President Mahama should be given another  term was neither here nor there.
Speaking at Silver 91.1 FM , a local based radio in the Ashanti regional capital with it’s host Oheneba Aseidu,the Manhyia North MP who is also the President of Commonwealth Parliament said the effectiveness of President Mahama can never be changed even if he was given twenty years in addition to his constitutional year mandate.
Hon.Collins Owusu Amankwah said there is a saying that, “a child who died even if he is named Nyamekye ,will still die so like President Mahama's administration. President John Mahama must go and pave way for Nana Akufo Addo come December polls to restore the lost hope.
The NPP MP said economic situation is nothing to write home about coupled with the hardships as well as massive unemployment situation in the country.
He cautioned that Ghanaians should not allow themselves to be deceived by NDC and vote for Nana Akufo to come and restore the lost glory as well as agricultural sector which recorded negative rate.
He was confident that Nana Addo will not disappoint Ghanaians and urged the electorates to have confidence in NPP/Nana Akufo Addo .According to him, the NPP standing bearer’s promise of one district one factory was very feasible and entreated the electorates to reject NDC unbelieving spirit and lack of initiative spirit.
On his constituency campaigning, the self confident MP who is also the 2016 NPP parliamentary candidate for NPP for Manhyia north down played the threat by one of the losing Party’s parliamentary candidate to contest as independent candidate.

“I am the NPP parliamentary candidate who has been officially introduced by our Party flagbearer,Nana Akufo and let those who are making noise continue to make because they can never withstand me in any elections. We are focus on our campaign and determined to help Nana Akufo Addo and NPP win at least 80 percent votes in the Ashanti Region”.
