NPP WILL WIN 2016 ELECTIONS-DAN BOTWE PREDICTS.

The 2016 Campaign Strategist for New Patriotic Party (NPP),hon.Daniel Kwaku Botwe has predicted that his party led by Nana Akufo Addo as Flgabearer will win the forthcoming general elections slated for 7th December, 2016.

According to him, like in the run up to the 2000 general elections, Ghanaians across the country are yearning for a change of NDC government to enable NPP come back with their ideas of initiating programme and policies to save Ghanaians from the current economic hardship under the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) government led by President John Mahama.
Hon.Dan Botwe as he is popularly called in the political cycles made the prediction at Hello fm, a local based radio station in Kumasi.
The NPP Member of Parliament for Okere constituency in the Eastern region who doubles as former General Secretary of NPP and a former Minister of Information under ex-President John Agyekum  Kufour's administration, said the evidence of NPP capable of coming out with fresh and innovative ideas to create jobs and good environment for economic wellbeing of the people are there for Ghanaians to compare with NDC, and decide on which candidate and political party when given the nod in 2016 general elections would be able to implement policies and programmes that, can improve their lives.
“NPP is proud to say that, we have ideas for the development of the country for the general wellbeing of the people”, he boasted.
The Okere MP said in the run up to 2000 elections, the Danquah-Busia tradition had been in opposition for the past 48 years and it was difficult for many young voters to remember the good works done by Busia’s government, but this time round, NPP is lucky that former President Kufour’s administration good work of introducing National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS), free maternal care, Youth employment Programme(NYEP), School feeding Programme, Mass Transport, Mass cocoa spraying exercise among other interventions that created employment for many Ghanaians and empowered several others are still refreshing in the minds of majority of Ghanaians.
The NPP Campaign strategist who was asked to comment on a number of issues raised by President John Maham during his interview with Paul Adom Okyere on Good Evening Ghana on Metro TV, said President Mahama was being hunted by his own statement in the run up to 2008 general elections that, any President or government who boasts of constructing roads, school infrastructure among others was engaged in exercise in mediocrity.
Hon.Dan Botwe asked “who interviewed President Mahama and let him go free when he claimed Nana Addo was engaged in promises whiles the same President who promised to construct 200, Community Day Senior School before the end of his 4 year term has not been able to even complete up to 30?
In any case NPP,is sure of what  are we telling Ghanaians and when given the nod the one -district- one factory projects will take off. “Let’s assume that, each of the factories is able to create or provide 1000 jobs more than 200,000 unemployed graduates from Nursing and Teacher training colleges and other tertiary institutions would have been employed and even that, we still need other inventions to reduce unemployment. And are we saying that this promise or idea is not good?

“I can tell you that if securing loans and constructing roads and schools like what President Mahama is claiming have done hence Ghanaians should give him another term to continue, any body can become President of Ghana. Even the loans they took for roads and schools there are a lot of corruption in the award of contracts or projects, and SADA,GEEDA among other projects corruption alone can build the factories Nana Addo  has promised. Hon.Dan Botwe also down played the claim by President Mahama that, Nana Addo is divisive. According to him, no one or politician in Ghana has worked with all manner of people across board than Nana Addo.”Nana Addo is a unifier and NPP is currently united that ever before”, he added.
