
The National
Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) has adjudged the independent
Parliamentary Candidate for Atwima Nwabiagya North, Rev Esther Donkoh, as the candidate,
who can solve the numerous problems facing the constituents.
The decision was
taken today at
Barekese when the commission organized a forum for all the
parliamentary candidates to outdoor their plans to solve problems relating to
health, education, unemployment, and security.
On unemployment,
Rev Esther Donkoh, said apart from providing assistance to the people who can
work in the formal sector, she will also establish training centers to provide
apprenticeship skills to those in the informal sector.
On his part, the
Member of Parliament for the area, Hon Benito Owusu Bio, could not provide
plans toward addressing such problems but rather left the place when little
misunderstanding ensued between his supporters.
In a related
Development,Mr.William Klutse, the Adansi South District Director of NCCE has
asked Ghana Police service to arrest all political miscreants before, during and after the 7th
December,2016 polls.
Mr. William Klutse, Adansi South District Director of NCCE, also encouraged
the Security agencies to collaborate and arrest all political miscreants whose
activities could derail Ghana's democratic gains.
He said peace was the pivot for socio-economic
development and should be guided as such. Mr.Klutse said this
at a public sensitization programme held in collaboration with the police at
Amankyem. It was funded by EU.

makers before, during and after the election. We will deal with any persons who
foment trouble and create fear and panic.
