Kwesi Appiah declares himself that he is ready to return to Black Stars

Appiah, 25, tweeted a picture of himself training with the English Premier League side and declared himself fit and said he is feeling good.


The striker suffered an injury while training with Ghana's Black Stars in Accra in June 2015 and has been out 
since.
Crystal Palace striker Kwesi Appiah has declared himself fit and ready to return to the Ghana national team.
But the London-born has declared himself fit and available for selection to Avram Grant - the Ghana coach.
