Body of victim being transported from the site
He died before a colleague who was with him earlier on came back to see his mutilated body in the machine.
The body has since been deposited at the morgue whilst investigation continues.
The deceased whose identity is yet to be disclosed by the Management of the Company reportedly slipped from a spot he was sleeping out of tiredness and fell directly into an operating machine in the afternoon around 12 midday.
