According to him,since the appointment of Mrs.Osei has demonstrated gross incompetence as exhibited by the incompetent former President John Dramani Mahama.

Lawyer Obiri Boahen who used some unprintable words against the Ec boss could not fathom why former President Mahama appointed her to come and mess up everything leading to tension and anxiety across the country two days after the just ended general elections due to delay in releasing the results.
Nana Obiri Boahen expressed surprise about the claim by the EC boss during one of her press conference that,she has within 72 hours to declare the 2016 presidential results. According to the astute lawyer there was no law to that affect and that MRA.Charlotte Osei only mentioned that to expose her ignorance even though,she is also a lawyer. when the Deputy NPP General Secretary was pushed to the wall that, under the constitution of Ghana,he Nana Obiri Boahen could sack the EC boss because he was not the president of Ghana and the constitution says only the president cannot sack the EC boss.The NPP guru retorted that there are so many ways of killing the cat. He mentioned that when a land lord can hid behind his or her nephews to harass or intimate the stubborn tenant to finally give in and that is exactly what the new NPP administration led by Nana Addo will do to Mrs.charllote osei.In a sharp attempt to exonerate the president elet-Nana Akufo Addo from this assertion,Naana Obiri Boahen stated that,this is my personal opinion l am not speaking on behalf of the NPP and the government".Since according to him, he cannot work the current EC boss within a singlw day therefore she should go with outgoing president,John Mahama who appointed her.
