The founder and the National Chairman of the United Front party(UFP)Nana(Dr)Agyemin Boateng aka Gyataba has sent a congratulatory message to the president elect,Nana Addo Danquah Akufo for winning the 7th December,2016 general elections.He however,encourage him to work hard to fulfill his electoral campaign promises to ghanaians devoid of usual the excuses of majority of Ghanaians.
Speaking to the News in a telephone interview after the electoral commissioner, mrs charlotte osei who declared as returning officer for the presidential election declared Nana Akufo Addo,NPP presidential candidate as the winner of the 2016 polls and the subsequent conceding defeat of president John Mahama,Nana Agyemin Boateng who is also 2016 UFP flag bearer said once president John maham who he and his party declared support for after,UFP was disqualified by the EC in contesting the presidential race has conceded defeat he has nothing to say than to also accept same.
Gyataba who is also the president of concerned youth of Asante (CYA)before the polls also rejected Nana Addo and pledged their unflinching support for president Mahama and predicted that the president was going to win one touch but their hope was dashed.However,after the declaration Gyataba has indicated that once the polls was over the nation move as one people.
