Prof. N.N.N. Nsowah Nuamah, the Vice chancellor, Kumasi Polytechnic University, has stated that skills and entrepreneurial development is one of the surest vehicles through which the country can take its citizens out of abject poverty.
He said lack of
skills and entrepreneurial developments often result in production
inefficiencies. Prof. Nsowah Nuamah stated this during the training program for
Dressmakers, Hairdressers, and Tailors to introduce them into new technology
and entrepreneurship development, in Kumasi.
He maintained
that, the university will continue to give the tailors, hairdressers and
dressmakers enough training, in order to equip them with necessary skills to
operate and manage vibrant hairdressing or dressmaking enterprises.
