 Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah also known as Mzbel, has reacted to Supreme Court's ruling on Montie FM saga.

Alistair Nelson, Godwin Ako Gunn and Salifu Maase aka ‘Mugabe’ on Wednesday, were sentenced to four months imprisonment by the Supreme Court following a case of contempt against the court's judges.

In the court's ruling, the owners of the radio station were also found guilty of contempt and thus fined GHC 60,000. The ruling stipulated that the amount be paid to the court by close of Thursday, 28th July 2016.

Reacting to this, Mzbel, who has declared her support for President Mahama took to her Facebook page to say the verdict was too harsh. To her, the judges overreacted in jailing the three – she described the decision as ‘using a hammer to kill three harmless ants.'
